We provide starter coffee and tea to enhance your stay. Please note that the hot tub is private for your use, but is visible from the lower part of the driveway. Guest access *Driveway/Parking area is shared with other units, no other space is shared *This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. Day visitors are not allowed so every person on the property at any time (including children and infants*) must be on your reservation. Maximum guest occupancy is 12. *Please do not try to open locked doors or wonder into patios belonging to other units on the property. *Please note that according to the size of your party, certain rooms will be locked and inaccessible. * Early checkin and Late check out must be arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time. *We do not alter our cancellation policy for instants of snow, rain, smoke from fires or closures to the National Park. Other things to note Charcoal for the grill is not provided. While we try to keep salt, pepper and oil stocked for your convenience, it is not guaranteed. The thermostat will only allow you to set the temperature between certain minimum and maximum temperature limits. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees. Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June. Pack-n-play must be requested in advance. PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer may stop by at some point, during daytime hours, to service the hot tub. We do also have other service providers (Gardner, pest control etc) who may be outside on the property during daytime hours, from time to time. The housekeeping company charges $50 for checkouts on any of these holidays. Please purchase your travel insurance accordingly. After booking, you will be asked to agree to a rental agreement which restates the policies detailed in this listing. Lost and Found: All lost and found items will be kept for up to 7 days. Shipping cost and staff time to mail it back will be charged to the guest. The minimum fee to ship an item starts at $50 and may increase depending on shipping cost.
