The Uncorked Chalet

Located in the prestigious Arrowhead Woods, this stylish A-Frame chalet is perfect for a family trip or weekend getaway. The Uncorked Chalet features a Gourmet Kitchen, Wet bar, 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and a Game Room on the base level in approximately 3000 square feet of space. This gorgeously appointed home sleeps 12 comfortably and has driveway parking for 4 vehicles. Minutes from the lake and many outdoor activities. We are Dog Friendly too! The space Base Level The Base level is where you will find the GameRoom with billiard table, darts and board games. There is an electric fireplace and HD tv with sound bar and ambient lighting. There are also 2 bedrooms, (1) Full size bed and also the Bunkroom that can accommodate up to 4 people, full bath with step in shower. Main Level The Main level features a well-appointed gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, quartz countertops and Stainless Steel Appliances. There is a massive great room with soaring ceilings and floor to ceiling fireplace and dining area. Walk outside to the wrap around deck for a view of the Alpines. Deck is fully furnished and complete with firepit table, bbq and ambient lighting. For sunny days, there is a retractable awning for your comfort. The Wet bar is adjacent to the great room. Additionally, there are 2 bedrooms. (1) Queen and second bedroom has (2) full and (1) twin bed. The second bedroom has HD TV w/ PS 4 game console. Full bath on this level with shower. Upper Level The upper level has the Master en suite w/walkout balcony. There is HD TV for entertainment. Directly outside of the master is the loft study area overlooking the great room below. There are two chaise loungers that fully recline for that afternoon nap. Bathrooms There are full baths on all 3 levels with stone flooring, hardwood cabinetry and custom counter tops. You will find spa-quality towels and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Master and 2nd level feature dual vanity and soaking tub w/separate shower in master. Outdoor living spaces In the master you will find a bistro table for 2. The wrap around deck on the main level has a dining area and separate couch seating w/firepit table, BBQ and outdoor lighting Guest access This is a single-family residence and guests have access to the entire property with parking up to four vehicles Other things to note Other notes The kitchen has all the cookware, utensils and other gadgets you might need. You will find a drip coffee maker behind the bar and coffee and filters in the pantry. There is also a Keurig coffee station fully stocked just for you. Full sized washer and dryer on the base level and central A/C throughout w/individual fans in each bedroom for extra airflow. The property has both electric and gas log fireplaces. We have the property stocked with propane and firewood. Pet Friendly We have pets and we know they are considered family. We allow (2) dogs and charge a flat rate of $100. We would appreciate them 30lbs or less. Lake Access There are several lakes available for public use. Lake Gregory is just a few minutes from The Uncorked Chalet with waterslides, a floating water maze, Duffy boat Rental as well as kayaks and Paddleboards. There is Silverwood Lake for boating/beach and also Big Bear and Green Valley Lakes. Lake Arrowhead is PRIVATE and not accessible to non-residents. A great way to experience the beautiful scenery of Lake Arrowhead is to head down to the village and take a ride on the paddle wheel boat or take a waterski lesson!
