The space We promise that you'll enjoy coming home to gated parking, a private patio and a fully equipped home with a full kitchen, laundry, living room and outdoor recreation to include the covered patio, gas outdoor grill and outdoor stone fireplace. With 4 bedrooms you'll have plenty of space for your family or group! You'll have everything you need to cook your own meals and entertain in this gorgeous and private home. There's also a dedicated workspace in the kitchen with a desk and chair for your use and 400+ Mbps internet - perfect for remote work! The kitchen is also fully equipped with a full size fridge/freezer, range/oven, microwave, and all essential cookware. Plus, satisfy your coffee cravings with a French press, pour over and drip pot setup - with ground coffee provided! House Layout: The main floor features the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, three bedrooms with Queen beds and two bathrooms (one en-suite and one full bathroom). The second floor features the king bed bedroom and renovated en-suite. You'll find the floor plan listed in the photos! CLEANING FEE: - In addition to the base cleaning fee, we will charge an additional $200 for 30 days stay or more. This covers the deep cleaning at the end of your stay. PET FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION: - Pet Fee: To cover the additional cleaning and maintenance for our pet-friendly units, a one-time pet fee of $50 will be charged for short stays, and a one-time pet fee of $250 will be charged for stays of 30 days or more. Guest access Check-in instructions will go out via email/text depending on the booking platform you used. We will send those instructions three days before your stay and you'll be given an access code to the front door. Once inside you'll find the parking gate remote control waiting for you in the kitchen. Please return this at checkout or you will be charged $60 for lost or non-returned remote.
