Step into our luxurious, comfortable, spacious, and family friendly condo. We really put in our touch for this condo and created an environment that feels relaxing. Our gorgeous condo sleeps 6 individuals and has capacity to sleep a 7th person if needed. We have gorgeous views from our balcony, front door and master bedroom. You will feel at home and you will most definitely want to come back again to enjoy what our condo and gorgeous resort has to offer to you and family/friends The space Quick Note: Make sure to read our promotions on bottom of page! *Please note that we are able to accomodate big parties (up to 21 people). This is one of 3 spacious condos we own all within the same building! Reach out to me if you are interested in having us accomodate your entire family/friends! Property Details: Our condo is 1,049sq feet, one of the biggest if not biggest floor plan for a 1 bedroom condo inside of a resort in Panama City Beach with direct private access to beach. We comfortably sleep 6 individuals and have capability to sleep 7. If you plan on sleeping a 7th person, you MUST notify owner in advance or risk eviction. Upon entering the condo you will have the entrance to the master bedroom to the right with a king size bed, smart TV and a private entrance to the bathroom. Down the hallway we have the entrance to the bunk area. Bunk area is separated by a sliding barn door for privacy. The bunk room has a smart tv. Bunk area also has an entrance to a full bathroom. Further down the hallway is the kitchen. Our condo comes with fully stock kitchen with coffee machine, pots, and pans, blender, etc. We have a full size washer and dryer in the hallway. We also have a dishwasher in the kitchen. Smart TVs are located in the living room, bunk room and master bedroom with access to Netflix, Hulu and other streaming platforms. Feel free to message me if you have additional questions about items being provided. There are beach views from the bedroom window and from the front door access. We also have partial beach view from balcony and nightly water shows with music that can be watched nightly from the balcony. We are located in the heart of the city with lots of exciting things to do within walking distance. Our property has access to all you can eat buffet, shows, mini golf, pickleball court, 5 pools, a kids funscape pool, splash bar & grill, hot tubs, gym, candy shop, ice cream shop, taco shop, pizza shop, sandwich shop, outdoor grills and shopping RIGHT ON THE PROPERTY! To top it all off, we also now have 810 Billiards & Bowling that just opened In November 2024! - featuring 16 bowling lanes, billiard tables, sport simulators, Krazy Dart lanes, axe throwing, an expansive arcade along with their own very Mean Mugs Milkshake Bar! 810 is a wonderful social place, evening hangout spot or a spot to spend the day shall rain be in forecast! Laketown Wharf also have biking lanes running alongside our resort for those who enjoy going on a ride. If taking a relaxing stroll is more of your thing then you will need to explore our resort as we have 52,000 sq feet of lakefront boardwalk by our lake! Across the street from resort we have Walmart, Ripley's Believe It or Not and Upside down activity center. We're also minutes of driving to the zoo, parks, TONS of restaurants and lots of various of mini golf courses. On the other side of the street is the popular Pineapple Willy's Restaurant with gorgeous views of Panama City's sunsets over the beach. PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW**************** SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: We have a king size bed in master bedroom (sleeps 2), bunk beds that sleep additional 2 guests, sleeper sofa in living room that sleeps 2 more guests and a additional foldable cots are available to sleep up to 7 guests. IF you plan on sleeping 7 individuals at ANY POINT, PLEASE NOTIFY OWNER PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. RESORT FEE AND PARKING FEE: There is a one-time resort fee of $87 (fee is paid directly to the resort HOA via online link that owner provides or paid at arrival). Please be mindful of this when booking and checking in. ADDITIONAL ITEMS INCLUDED: 1 beach umbrella and couple light beach chairs. ***PLEASE NOTE OUR UNIT IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. SMOKING IN CONDO WILL RESULT IN AN AUTOMATIC $500 FINE PLUS OTHER CHARGES DEEMED BY OWNER ***Garage parking is available on the premises. ***You MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO RESERVE. ANYONE BETWEEN 18 AND 21 LOOKING TO BOOK MUST CONTACT OWNER. ***Please note: Pool wristbands must be worn during your stay while on resort grounds. Security does check wristbands. ***We provide: bed linens, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap per bathroom, dish sponge, 5 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 bottle of dish soap and 3 dishwashing tablets. Each bathroom comes with 2 hung towels and additional towels can be found under the sink. Please note we are different than a hotel and don't have room service with extra towels or supplies. ***We do not provide BEACH TOWELS, so please bring your own. Bath towels MAY NOT be removed from the unity at any time. ***Pets: ONLY service animals or Emotional support animals are permitted per HOA rules. You must have paperwork for your pet in order for pet to be allowed onto the property. Any unauthorized pets staying in condo without owner permission are subject to $350 automatic charge plus other charges associated with pet. ***Host is available to answer any question daily ONLY during the following hours 8am to 9pm EST. ***We abide by our cancellation rules and understand that things in life come up unexpectedly. This is why we strongly encourage you to purchase an appropriate trip protection/cancellation coverage from insurance provider of your choice. We do not insure your trip. You have to rely on your own trip protection/cancellation insurance. We do not accept cancellations outside of cancellation period, nor do we allow re-scheduling trips to other dates. Please refer to your trip insurance for these actions. ***By booking the condo you understand and agree that owner does not hold any responsibility for any malfunction/closures on resort property. This includes repair or maintenance being performed to the pool, gym, jacuzzi, mini golf, elevators, etc. You therefore agree and understand that there are no refunds for such things. ***All wristbands provided to you are to be left on kitchen table prior to leaving. There is an automatic $100 fee for EVERY missing wristbands not left on kitchen counter. This is an automatic charge and most common issue we face, so please do not forget to leave your wristbands where you picked them up. IF you lose a wristband during your stay, they can be replaced at unit 231 for $25 per band. Please note that you will be paying our HOA directly the replacement cost at that time. Guest is resposible for resort fee of $77.
