This Vermont getaway is a roomy, private retreat conveniently located just 5min south of downtown Stowe and 10min north of Waterbury Village. It's an easy drive to all of the nearby mountains, just a few steps from miles of conservation land trails, and an idyllic walk to the Waterbury Res. The house is designed for spreading out with multiple warm, cozy areas to kick your feet up while also being work-friendly (600mbps Internet) for anyone looking to capitalize on their hybrid work policy. The space I think one of our guests said it best: the house is "cozy but spacious, private but central – we felt right at home here." Guest access The property is all yours, the only restrictions being the barn and a few closets in the basement. All restricted spaces are locked. Access is easy with code locks customized to each guest – no need to schedule a time to meet up with me or carry (and potentially lose) a key. Come and go as you please. Other things to note Please make sure you've read and understand the house rules. No parties, no smoking inside, no pets except for dogs.
