Town home is located in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort close to all restaurants, shops, and fun, perfect for family getaway. Resort features a 11 swimming pools (5 are heated), six tennis courts (2 lighted), mini-golf, and shuffleboard. It has two parking spaces in front of the townhouse. PETS: We are dog friendly. $150 pet fee. Per HOA rules dogs under 40 pounds. TV's are smart TV's with NO CABLE. You can login to your online accounts. Rented Golf Carts are not permitted inside the HOA. The space Downstairs you will find comfortable furniture (including a big relaxing chair and a comfy sofa). The dining area offers seating for six, along with additional seating at the breakfast bar. You will find spacious rooms and beds for the whole family—queen bed in the main suite w/bathroom and full bed and twin bunk beds (No SMALL CHILDREN PERMITTED TO SLEEP IN THE TOP BUNK) in the 2nd bedroom. Guest access The community is gated, and I will send you the gate code and parking passes 3 to 5 days before arrival. You have two designated parking spaces. No waiting for elevators anymore! Other things to note Sunny Side Up is the perfect weekend getaway or family vacation. If you love the beach as much as I do, you will love staying in this townhouse.
