This 1,677 square feet spacious single story home includes 3 beds, 3 full baths, a huge backyard with fun putting greens, a gazebo, and lots of fun for the whole family! Located just 14 minutes from the world famous Siesta Beach, 12 minutes from downtown Sarasota, and 17 minutes from St Armand Circle. The space Sleeping arrangement: Bedroom 1: Queen bed with full bathroo. Bedroom 2: Queen bed with full bathroom. Bedroom 3: Queen bed. Playroom: futon can be open to sleep 2 Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Backyard is for you to have fun and enjoy your time in a famous Sarasota FL. Enjoy some board games, foosball table with family and friends in our game room. There is plenty of parking spaces on the driveway. Other things to note We have wall plug-in for air freshener. FYI for folks that are allergic to it. Smart TV allows you to watch lots of Freevee movies, youtube, and your pick of news channels.
