Custom stone fireplace with a sectional couch to watch TV or read. Professional Shuffleboard table and other upgrades all throughout to bring a modern and relaxing vibe. Perfect for Winter and Summer moods! The large wraparound deck is perfect for sunbathing, games, and grilling. Take just 20 Steps from the garage to the deck and front door. 2 bedrooms are upstairs. We wanted the home to be as comfortable as possible so we added Central Air Conditioning! As needed there are also ceiling fans downstairs and in all bedrooms. The Summer heat can get hot in the mountains but we do have a lake breeze just steps away (And AC). Reminder we have 3 bedrooms, 1 of the bedrooms has double bunks, the other 2 bedrooms have queen beds. Kitchen table seats 6, also 2 tables out on the deck for outdoor dining and also 2 sun loungers. Hammock on side yard. Master bedroom has a Tempur-Pedic Topper Supreme for comfort, all other beds are memory foam and cozy! It may not be your home sleeping arrangements you love, but we hope it does the trick! Some other notables: A Sonos Speakersand Subwoofer (we love music), large soaking tub in master, back door exit from master perfect for pets, game closet for kids and adults, etc. Guest access The entire house and deck. One side of the garage is used for storage of sleds for the winter and other lake toys! Other things to note If there is something you need while on your trip feel free to ask. We have a printer just in case, toys for the kids, a Pack N Play and Baby Seat to join you at the table, a hammock, etc. Note that the views of the lake are just peeks, but you can see water just steps away that you can enjoy for a swim. Our little ones easily make the 1-minute walk to the water's edge. You do have access (With proper registration which we can send rules on how to register) to the Private Lake Trails to hike, swim, etc., but as short-term renters, they do not allow guests to take out personal boats. The Arrowhead Lake Association has a website and rules to follow that we are also happy to inform you about. This is the renter's responsibility to follow all Lake Rules or the renter is liable for any fines for not following these guidelines and rules. We do want our guests to enjoy the lake to the fullest, so happy to chat about what we can do to make that happen!
