This warm and inviting 3bd/2ba, with a private Hot Tub, is situated on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking a deep-water canal. Your vacation destination for Gulf Coast dining, beach lounging, fishing, scalloping, swimming with the manatees and Anclote Island. You will simply fall in love here living the Salt Life. Bedroom 3: (2) Twin Beds. 1 Toddler Bed stored in the closet. Bathroom 1: Located in the master suite. Full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Starter Pack of shampoo, condition and body soap provided. Ginger Lily Farms Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash provided. Bathroom 2: Located in the hallway between the two other guest rooms. Full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Ginger Lily Farms Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash provided. Living Room: Queen memory foam pull out couch (not your grandparents old Davenport with the metal bar in the middle.) 50in Samsung flat screen with Samsung Free TV. Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything a chef would need for making fabulous dinners. A tier bar where guest can interact for a true Chef's Table feel. Dining Room: Farmhouse style table with benches and seating for 8. Library: A quite workspace with a desk and chaise lounge chair Floating Dock: Launch the provided kayaks or other water toys. Full access to the House and Floating dock. The Boat and Lift at the property are privately owned and is NOT part of the rental. SPECIAL NOTE: Between the Boat House and the Gulf there is a bridge that limits Watercraft size and height depending on the tides. Please contact us for further details if needed. Verification of bridge accessibility is ultimately the renter's responsibility, but we will help anyway we can. Guests are fully responsible for any watercraft that they tie to the floating dock and do so at their own risk. Guests are responsible for any damage to their watercraft or the dock if they choose to use the floating dock and will not hold the owner liable for any damages as a result of the guest mooring their watercraft.
