Great for those long days on the mountain! This is our family’s special getaway, and we ask that guests treat it with care. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with mountain charm—not a party house—you’ll feel right at home. ⸻ Guest access Entire house except hall closet upstairs (owners' storage) and basement (other than washers & dryers). Guests may use the garage, though the upstairs storage area of garage is not accessible for guests/pets. Owners’ tools/outdoor equipment are off limits unless otherwise specified. We do store many personal things at the home and try to keep them out of your way as best as possible, please be respectful of this stuff! If there’s something you’d like to use while staying with us, please just ask first! Other things to note *Home is on a gravel road, please ensure your vehicle is properly equipped to travel in these conditions, particularly during winter *additional $150 pet fee required for up to two pets, $50/each additional pet. Please clean up after your pets prior to checking out. *Poor cell service. Wifi is available on site. *Neighborhood dogs free roam and may “visit” property. They are friendly. Front yard is enclosed with a fence. * We love hosting families! Please note the home is not childproofed, so parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. We kindly ask that little ones are monitored to ensure both their safety and the care of our home. There is a pack-n-play and a high chair available on-site.
