CLEANING CHARGES: There is no additional daily cleaning charge, however we do NOT provide a washing up service and will apply a Bt800 surcharge per day if our maids need to clean up after kitchen use. Our daily maids service is between 8am until 4pm. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check in time is 3 pm and check out is 12pm - we will endeavour to have the Villa ready before and inform you accordingly. If your expected departure is going to be later please inform us on booking or upon your arrival allowing us to organise the change over team accordingly. ELECTRICITY CHARGES We allow 300 units of electricity per day anything over 300 units per day is charged at Bt7 per unit, this allowance is very generous we would be surprised if it was exceeded. You and your guests will appreciate electricity usage in Thailand is expensive so having your air conditioning on with the windows and doors open is not a green option, the house has been insulated throughout to maximise its green credentials. Other things to note Phratamnak Hill is a very exclusive area, very central location. Guests will appreciate the excellent transport links. GrabTaxi app works well in Pattaya with excellent rates.
