Bed arrangement: - Master bedroom with 1 King bed, - bedroom #2 with 1 Queen bed, - bedroom #3 with 2 queen beds, - bedroom #4 with 1 Twin bed 1 twin pull-out bed, and 1 bunker bed with 2 full-size beds ( upper and lower). - Bonus room (office) with 1 queen bed. Spa and pool: - Spa heating is included for 5hrs/night, programmed to heat the SPA ONLY from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Ask our management team for pool or extra heating fee. Parking: - No parking space in the garage ( for owners storage and pool table) - Parking space is limited to 12 vehicles. Contact the host for more onsite parking. Guest access - No parking space in the garage ( for owners storage and pool table) Other things to note - The fireplace is not operational - Pet fee Only dogs under 45 pounds are allowed. Include pets in your reservation and the pet fee will apply. NO CATS!!! - Security Cameras Security cameras outside the house for safety reasons. Noiseware is installed to monitor the noise level. ( do not record sound, only monitor noise level). If you are looking to have a party, this is NOT the home to rent. NO VISITORS are allowed at all times without approval from the host in advance. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood and Riverside County has VERY strict Noise Ordinances as the followings: - Quiet hour: Between 9:30 pm and 8 am. - No amplified music outdoors. - No excessive shouting/yelling - No vehicles with excessively loud exhaust - No loud music coming from vehicles NOISE ORDINANCES/ RESTRICTIONS: - All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, 924 & 927). - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced. Violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a fine of up to $10,000 (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, 924 & 927) and could lead to immediate eviction. - Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions are not allowed at this home. - You must be 25 years or older to book this property. The ID of the Responsible guest who make the reservation will be requested after the booking Permit # RVC-967
