Cozy pet-friendly home w/ sauna by Mall of America

Cozy craftsman house located in walkable Nokomis neighborhood near Lake Nokomis and Lake Hiawatha, bike paths, playgrounds/parks, and multiple coffee shops. Basement bathroom and kitchen are recently remodeled. We’re located 10 minutes from Minneapolis-St Paul International airport and the Mall of America, and it’s a quick train ride to downtown Minneapolis, the U of M campus, and the Vikings stadium. Our large, fenced backyard complete with a fire pit and sauna is perfect for pets and families. The space Guests have access to all spaces in the house, including laundry, the fully fenced backyard, screened back porch, front sun room, and sauna. Guests may adjust central heat and air and have access to two air purifiers and humidifiers (if needed). The house features a recently remodeled kitchen, 3/4 spa-style bathroom and three large bedrooms. There is a home office in the second bedroom and an additional home office space with a printer in the basement. We make every effort to make your stay as comfortable, clean, and enjoyable as possible! However please note that this is our personal home where we live with two dogs. Please respect the spaces that are marked off-limits and apologies in advance for any stray dog hairs we may have missed! Guest access You can park for free on the street or in our off-street spot next to the garage in the alley. Our neighborhood is very safe and quiet, and has a walk score of 88. You can easily get to downtown Minneapolis (includes the Vikings stadium, Target Center, and Target Field) or the Mall of America via the blue line train in ~15 minutes. Other things to note Dogs are more than welcome! The entire house is dog-friendly as well as the fenced backyard but please keep them off beds and furniture. No other pets, please.
