The property is a great hub from which to enjoy local restaurants, wineries, sandy beaches, parks, hiking, mountain biking trails, golf and Mount Washington Skiing Resort. The space This quiet, welcoming and private 1,000 SF home offers two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and fully fenced yard space. Other things to note Ask about our Grocery Concierge Service! Our service allows you to shop online any time up to 48 hours before check-in for your food and beverages with our local recommended grocery, and liquor stores. On the morning of your arrival day, we personally pick up your orders, and stock the cottage fridge and shelves for you. All of your cold food items and drinks neatly arranged in the fridge.
