Bright Mid Century 3 bedroom home in Conway

Welcome to our centrally-located, bright, spacious mid century, 3 bedroom home. Walking distance to Hendrix College, just minutes to UCA and Conway Regional Hospital. Close to downtown Conway, restaurants and stores. Come relax in our family friendly, 3 bedroom home. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy your stay! Sleeps 6 to 8 people. It's the perfect place for families, couples, or group of friends having a night out. The space Master bedroom has its own large TV, two walk in closets, and it’s own private bathroom. The bedroom with the two double beds has a TV, and a walk in closet. The Twins bedroom has desk and chair for getting some work done in a designated work space with fast internet. The Living room features a moving scrabble table with tiles, a chess and backgammon table, a piano, And a vintage working Record console. All TVs have roku and you can login to your favorite streaming service. The hall closet by the front door is equipped with anything you may need to clean with and is there for you to use. There are some board games in the beautiful green hutch for your enjoyment. The kitchen has all essentials to cook and make yourself feel at home. We are 30 minutes to Little Rock, 8 minutes to Beaverfork Lake which has swimming, boating and a great disc golf course. And we are about 40 minutes to Pinnacle Mtn, and Petit Jean State Parks. Guest access Guests will have access to the property and entire house through a smart lock system on the carport door and front door. Other things to note There is a Gazebo outside near the side of house. Although it may look like it, it is not ours! So please respect our neighbors and stay off of it. Thank you! Home is located in the heart of Conway and there is a Train that runs through town occasionally. We have a sound machine and box fans to help drown out if needed. We are located in the south, and Arkansas has many insects and bugs. We have pest control-but to help us keep them at a minimum, please make sure you close the doors behind you and make sure windows are shut at night. We have a no pets and no smoking policy and if violated we will have to charge a fee. We also have a strict no parties policy. If violated you will be charged.
