There are some closets in one of the bedrooms that houses cleaning and home supplies that will be locked. Guests can call, text or e-mail with any questions. A guest Handbook will also be available on-sight. Quiet and slower paced than city-life. Only a short drive to larger cities such as Scottsdale and Phoenix. Houses sit on large lots at least 1 acre in size. There is a large driveway on the left side of the house, as well as, a horseshoe driveway directly in front of the house with a path leading to the front door. There is space for multiple vehicles. We would like to provide some important information about the pool heating. During the colder months, temperatures can drop below freezing at night, and as a result, the pool temperature may not be able to reach its set temperature but will only get about 20 degrees above the outside temperature. Please note that we will set the pool temperature to a comfortable 87 degrees, which is perfect for a refreshing swim or a relaxing dip. We also have recently added a hot tub to the property. No events or parties are allowed. Guest must follow quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am. Guests must also follow bright light ordinance after 10 pm.
