Situated well off the street, at the back of this restored historic home, guests can enjoy added privacy while appreciating the charm of the setting. Guests can retreat to their very own outdoor space. The Cove can accommodate up to 4 guests in a 1-bedroom, 1-bath, kitchen, and cozy living room. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival. Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis. We offer a luggage storage space with a coded lock for all Spring Islands guests to use as needed. We welcome guests to use the pool while they await their check-in. Other things to note Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $125 non refundable pet fee. 2 pets maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s). Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.
