When driving to Downtown Colorado Springs only take 4 minutes, no matter what you're in the mood for, you're sure to find it very quickly! If you're looking for more of an adventure, walking to the restaurants and bars downtown is also only about a 20 minute walk if you've got the time to spare while on your vacation! For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry. We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. House Rules: + No Pet Policy - we maintain a strict no pet policy. Any violations will result in a $300 hypoallergenic cleaning fee. + No smoking of anything at all in the house. You may smoke on the patio just outside the living room. + We require whoever books with us to be present during check-in and throughout the stay. + Guests must have a 5 star rating as a guest or be new to Airbnb. + Checking out more than 15 min late will result in a late checkout fee of $50/hour + Please be respectful of our house and let us know if you need anything!
