Located just 5.8 miles from downtown Camden, this cottage is ideally located for activities in both Camden and Lincolnville with its sandy/rocky beach, restaurants, and ferry service to Islesboro. Belfast is about five miles to the north and has many lovely shops, galleries, and restaurants. There are hiking trails located within a few miles of the house. Or just sit on the deck, relax, and enjoy the passing lobster boats, windjammers, and sailboats. This is a seven-night minimum stay rental. Saltbox in style, this house is compact, well appointed, and has many east-facing windows overlooking Penobscot Bay. A large deck, perfect for watching the rising sun, is accessed from both the living room and the yard. THINGS TO KNOW This home does not have air-conditioning. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
