A rolling lawn leads the way to the path accessing the rocky beach. Located just 5.8 miles from downtown Camden, this cottage is ideally located for activities in both Camden and Lincolnville with its sandy/rocky beach, restaurants, and ferry service to Islesboro. Belfast is about five miles to the north and has many lovely shops, galleries, and restaurants. There are hiking trails located within a few miles of the house. Or just sit on the deck, relax, and enjoy the passing lobster boats, windjammers, and sailboats. This is a seven-night minimum stay rental. Saltbox in style, this house is compact, well appointed, and has many east-facing windows overlooking Penobscot Bay. A large deck, perfect for watching the rising sun, is accessed from both the living room and the yard. THINGS TO KNOW This home does not have air-conditioning. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
