Set on a hillside overlooking one of Laurel's prominent avenues, 7th Avenue Manor offers 5 bedrooms and 3+ baths. Cozy up around the outdoor fireplace or enjoy a cup of coffee on the secluded morning patio. Awaiting inside you will find a large dining room, spacious kitchen, and large laundry. This house retains the 1930's character, but has been beautifully renovated to provide today's conveniences. Upon entering the door, you will know you are home. You will find yourself in the lap of luxury with very comfy beds and furnishings throughout. Additionally , there are many private spaces, including two window seats, to cozy up with a good book. The warmth of this home is like none other, and it has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. You will leave rested and with reservations to return soon. The entire home is yours for the duration of your stay. The property beyond the fence houses the guesthouse, which is a separate rental not included with 7th Avenue Manor. Upon arrival, there is a two car covered carport that is attached to the home so you are mostly undercover in the event of rain. There are no steps to enter the home. I live local. The home is a 2-3 minute drive to downtown and about a 20 minute walk. Walmart is very close. The property is located within the city so you are close to everything but it has a secluded feel. We have a small, fantastic neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. The neighborhood is small, home is accessed on a dead end paved alleyway. The only traffic is what you will see from the front porch. Parking is private with a two car carport and paved driveway. There are snacks, bottled water, coffee, and packaged breakfast items such as granola bars, honey buns, muffins, etc provided during your stay. We have a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. A guestbook and local information are also provided in the rental.
