7th Avenue Manor

Set on a hillside overlooking one of Laurel's prominent avenues, 7th Avenue Manor offers 5 bedrooms and 3+ baths. Cozy up around the outdoor fireplace or enjoy a cup of coffee on the secluded morning patio. While outside, boards are also available to test your corn hole skills. Just inside you will find a large dining room, spacious kitchen, and large laundry. This house retains the 1930's character, but has been beautifully renovated to offer today's conveniences. The space Upon entering, you will know you are home. 7th Avenue Manor has family gathering areas both inside and outside the home. With private spaces to cozy up with a good book and window seats that overlook 7th Avenue, this property is equipped to accommodate no matter the size or needs of your group. The warmth of this home is like none other, and it has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. You will leave rested and with reservations to return soon. Guest access The entire home is yours for the duration of your stay. The property beyond the fence behind the outdoor fireplace belongs to the guesthouse, which is a separate rental not included with 7th Avenue Manor. Please do not go through the wooden gate. Upon arrival, there is a two car covered carport that is attached to the home so you are mostly undercover in the event of rain. There are no steps to enter the home. Other things to note There are snacks, bottled water, coffee, and packaged breakfast items such as granola bars, honey buns, muffins, etc provided during your stay. We have a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. A guestbook and local information are also available in the rental.
