The separate bedroom includes a pillow top queen size bed. high count cotton sheets and luxury towels. The living area has a sofa that easily accommodates one extra person. Single roll away bed also available upon request. Being in the heart of downtown St Augustine is the experience you will want when visiting. With such rich history, it's great to be staying in the Historic District in a historic home. With restaurants, bars, antique shops, and attractions all within walking distance, there is no need for a car. If your interested in taking the Trolly (hop on, hop off tour) there is a stop within a block of the home. The best way to see St. Augustine is to park your vehicle and spend the weekend on the bikes or walking. The location is in close proximity to some of the best dining St. Augustine has to offer (Columbia Restaurant, Collage, etc.). After an amazing dining experience, around the corner are wonderful jazz bars, wine cellars, the romantic Bayfront or take a stroll for an evening tour of the Spanish fort. All within a 10 minute walk. Bikes are available from a bike share rack one block away and a great alternative for transportation around the city. Check in is after 4:00 PM and check out is no later than 12:00 noon. Of course, late check outs can be granted if scheduling permits. Free parking is provided on a first come basis at the City Parking Garage at 1 Cordova Avenue (approximately a 12 minute walk from the house). Street parking and fee options are located near the house also.
