Parking on the street, sidewalks, or any paved areas outside the designated spots is strictly prohibited. 🐾 Pet Policy: We love welcoming furry friends! Well-behaved dogs up to 30 lbs are allowed, with a limit of two dogs per home. The pet fee is $40 per night, per dog. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet so we can approve your request. ~A few important guidelines: •Dogs must be on a leash when outside or in unfenced areas. •Pets should never be left unattended in the home. •Unauthorized pets will incur a $75 daily fee. •Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Certified service animals are always welcome and exempt from these fees and restrictions. 🧼Housekeeping: •Smoking is prohibited in the Homes. •Air conditioning must not be set below 70° or heat set above 78° and the fan setting should not be changed from Auto.
