Spacious and serene converted garage studio part of cute 50's art deco inspired home located in historic Jefferson-Woodlawn neighborhood. Contactless guest experience with studio and restroom deep cleaned according to CDC guidelines between guests. Private entrance, parking in driveway, semi-private bathroom right off studio, and mini-kitchenette for your convenience. Pets welcome - there are 3 cats and a dog that live in the home. The space Our studio space is built into a 1954 two-story art-deco-inspired home. The studio itself has elements inspired by the deco style mixed with contemporary and upcycled pieces. The goal of the space is comfortable and restorative. The private entrance is easily accessible from the driveway leading up without stairs however, there is one step from the studio to the restroom that may be difficult for people with difficulties getting up steps. Guest access Guests have free range access to the main room of the converted garage studio - not including the closets - and the downstairs restroom that is right outside the studio in the main house. During this time we are not allowing guests to enter the rest of the home. During your stay Due to COVID, we have chosen to make this booking a contactless experience. This means the guest will only have access to the studio and bathroom with no access to the rest of the house. We will be available 24/7, as we live in the main home, but will try to limit our contact and follow CDC guidelines. We are happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
