About an hour drive north of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. (Unfortunately the City/County does not allow events or small weddings on our residential property) The space Bright open spaces with tall ceilings throughout with views of the lake. Chef's Kitchen with gas cooktop, ovens, food warmer, pot-filler, 2 fridges & a kitchen island. Clean 2 full bathrooms upstairs & 2 half baths downstairs for guests. Full Laundry, in-floor heating, & Wi-Fi just to name a few. Please note 2 other bedrooms are located above detached garage without bathroom. *The Lakehome is on a lake & dirt road so expect dust, bugs & nats during hot seasons. *The Dock is removed between early October to mid-May. *NO STREET PARKING - Max 5 - cars *NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (you will be asked to leave) *STRICT CITY NOISE ORDINANCE 10:00PM - 8:00AM *NO POOL & NO HOT TUB (although they're in photos) Guest access Beautiful entire 2-story home with patio & flat yard down to the shoreline with firepit. Additional 2 bedrooms above detached garage. Your temporary FRONT DOOR KEYPAD code will be provided the week of check-in. Other things to note Please; NO CONFETTI, narrow streamers or other small celebration items as it's very difficult for cleaners to thoroughly clean. Please; DO NOT re-arrange furniture. 1.
