This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house is perfect for your family vacation. Sophie's Run sleeps 8 and has enough space for everyone! Bed Configuration: Master bedroom: King Bed (sleeps 2) with ensuite 2nd bedroom: Queen Bed (sleeps 2) 3rd Bedroom: Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and Single/Single Bunk bed (sleeps 2) Bathrooms: 1st Bathroom: Full Bathroom with Standup Shower on Main Level 2nd Bathroom: Full bathroom with Standup Shower 3rd Bathroom: Ensuite with Soaker Tub and Double Shower Walk in the front door to the main living area with large eat-in kitchen, dining room, cozy living room with gas fireplace and full bathroom. The dining room has a large table to comfortably seat 8. Off the kitchen is a nice den with another gas fireplace to play games, get ready for skiing or just hang out and visit after a great day on the mountain. From here, head upstairs to the 3 bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms. The large master bedroom has a king bed, tons of closet space and large ensuite with a soaker tub and double shower. The two other bedrooms share another full bathroom. All bathrooms have a bit of luxury with heated floors and heated towel racks. The ski in/ski out access is unsurpassed. Just step out your back door and you are literally right next to the ski run. Great access for both Nordic and downhill. Additional bonus of a backyard and additional multi-purpose trail for the kids to play and sled on. Sophie's Run has natural gas BBQ on the front deck for you to use. You do have access to the garage as well, use this for parking, gear or bikes! Bonus: The private hot tub is open year-round at Sophie’s Run at no additional cost. Parking: There are three parking spots for your stay. One in the garage and two outside the garage in the driveway.  We welcome pets!!! The pet fee is $30 per night, per pet plus taxes and is automatically calculated for the duration of your stay when you check off 'pets' when you are booking your stay. Please Note: Minimum of three nights required year round except for five nights during the Christmas/New Years Period. **Important – Special Rate Discounts** Arrive on Sunday - Stay five days... This makes it convenient for you so if you want to check in late to make first tracks in the morning - no problem at all. We provide total privacy for you starting with self check-in.
