"Ostseenest Fehmarn #1" with a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea, marina and observation tower "Utkieker," just 90 m from the south beach, family-friendly, superbly equipped down to the last detail for up to four people + baby The space DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH The "Ostseenest Fehmarn #1" is located in a top location directly on the fine sandy south beach of Burgtiefe and its promenade. In about 1 minute on foot you can reach - thanks to the elevator in the house practically barrier-free - one of the most beautiful beach sections of Fehmarn with its own beach chair, playgrounds, toilets/showers/changing room, DLRG surveillance and restaurants. Also ideal for families with strollers. The year-round adventure swimming pool "FehMare" with wave operation, children's and sauna area is within walking distance, as is the island bakery or laundry and self-service market of the marina. The apartment is well equipped for up to 4 people + baby. Extensive toddler equipment, the latest technology from smart TV to fast Wi-Fi to the Nespresso machine and good beds are a matter of course with us. KITCHEN with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave with steam cooking function, espresso machine (Nespresso), milk frother, filter coffee machine, 2-zone ceramic hob, toaster, kettle and lots of small items. Two more mobile ceramic stovetops are located in the cabinet and can be added if necessary. BATHROOM with bathtub and wonderful rain shower, toilet, towel radiator and hair dryer. LIVING ROOM/BEDROOM with 50-inch smart TV with Internet connection, DVD/BluRay player, hi-fi system with Bluetooth, apartment's own Internet via Wi-Fi (up to 50 Mbit/s without volume limitation), telephone for calls to the German landline, spacious couch, armchair with stool for relaxed reading and dozing, dining table with four chairs. In the evening, you can fold the comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) out of the closet in no time and turn the living room into a second bedroom. In the morning, the bed and bedding are simply folded back and ventilated in the closed state via integrated ventilation openings. BEDROOM with a large bunk bed (90 x 200 cm, approved and comfortable for adults), a spacious closet and enough space to park a stroller and set up a children's travel bed. FOR CHILDREN You will find a children's travel cot (60 x 120 cm) including mattress and mattress protector as well as a high chair for free in the closet. Potty and toilet seat as well as enough children's cutlery and children's plates are also a matter of course with us. For your toddler, you only have to bring sheets and bedding yourself. WINDOW WITH "NATURE CINEMA" From all windows you have a magnificent view far over the "Burger Binnensee" with its marina to the night-lit church of St. Nikolai in the island's main town of Burg. Thanks to the horizontally opening panoramic window, you can practically sit in the living room like on a balcony in the fresh air - well protected from the seagulls. Blackout blinds are fitted to all windows. BEACH CHAIR At least in the period from May 15th May to 15th September, the beach chair on the south beach assigned to our apartment is available to you free of charge - depending on the weather, even earlier or later. RENTAL LAUNDRY BOOKABLE If you want to travel with little luggage, you can book sauna towels in addition to made beds and towel sets. Feel free to contact us! PARKING SPACES A car parking space belonging to the apartment at the house is available to you free of charge, additional parking spaces in the area for a fee. Bicycle stand at the house. Small bicycle room in the house. CHARGING STATION FOR ELECTRIC CARS In the marina to the north of the house, there is also the possibility to recharge your electric vehicle. The charging station is located directly at the red harbor master building. HISTORIC PRESERVATION The "Ostseenest Fehmarn #1" belongs to the settlement designed by Arne Jacobsen, which was placed under monument protection in 2015. The whole area is a work of the famous architect and designer. In the apartment, you will find information about Arne Jacobsen and modern architecture - but you can also just spend a nice holiday with us... ;-) ALLERGY-FRIENDLY No smoking or pets allowed. All materials are allergy-friendly. SAUNA and SWIMMING POOL Within walking distance of the apartment is the year-round adventure swimming pool "FehMare" with associated wellness and children's area (slide, pools, sauna, massages). In the listed swimming pool you can swim in real seawater - every hour on the hour with waves! LAUNDROMATS In the laundromats at the marina and in the nearby IFA hotel on the south beach, washing machines and dryers are available for a coin. Wifi In addition to your own fast Wi-Fi in the apartment, you can also surf the Internet in the beach chair on the south beach by registering with your visitor's card number on the public Wi-Fi of the municipality of Fehmarn. Other things to note ON-SITE SERVICE AGENCY All services for you on site (cleaning, linen rental, key handover, visitor cards) are provided by an agency that is within walking distance of the apartment. It has a 24-hour emergency service if required. In addition, as the owner, I am almost always available to you by phone and email!
