A bus stop to Park City Resort is conveniently located in the unit's parking lot! With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone. This family-friendly Park City apartment is nestled in the mountains, within a 15-minute walk of City Park and Main Street or a 2-minute bus ride (bus stop in unit parking lot), an 8-minute walk to the slopes, and a 3-minute walk to Starbucks, a grocery store, and ski rental shops. Walk-in the front door and guests are greeted with a completely updated and redecorated kitchen and living room. The living room is decorated in a mountain contemporary style and has a large fireplace, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a large couch. Get some fresh air with one of two balconies in the condo off the living room. Upstairs features the first master bedroom with a king-size bed, private en suite, and a large walk-in closet. The mountain contemporary style continues throughout the whole home including the master bedroom. The bathroom was completely remodeled, making it brighter and more spacious for guests use. Back on the main floor, there are two bedrooms and a remodeled hallway bathroom. The first bedroom has a twin XL over a queen bunk bed and the second bedroom has a king bed. Both have closet space and brand new linens. Also on the main floor is a second living room with a queen pullout sofa and a flat-screen TV and the unit’s second balcony. Just off of this room is the laundry room and access to the additional master bedroom. The second master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and a private en suite. Additionally, this home comes with two sleeper sofas! Utah's most famous ski town offers big adventure within a small, charming community. Winter sports enthusiasts flock here for great powder, while the Sundance Film Festival in January attracts industry names and fans of indie cinema. Park City's summers are just as special as its winter peak season. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. - As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm. - The closest ski lift is the Payday Express Lift, offering quick access to the slopes from the condo. Parking Details: One surface parking space available (not reserved).
