Other things to note Guests must be 25 or older to book and all guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you're looking for a party house, look elsewhere. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. WiFi is available. It's good for streaming services like Netflix/Hulu. Fireplaces are available for use October 1st through April 1st. They are shut down for the remainder of the year. 11 Human Maximum. If you bring more humans than accounted for on your reservation we will charge you $100 per human over said number. Parking for 5 Vehicle Max There are outdoor cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection! The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. The roof is metal. If it’s raining you will hear it. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE! You are in the wilderness, there are bugs. We spray monthly for bugs to help keep them on the outside. You come to the mountains for nature, do not be surprised if a moth or bug tries to follow you in off the deck or front door back into the cabin. The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! No late check-out or early check-in. If this should happen we reserve the right to charge $50 per hour. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Hand soap and dawn are provided along with starter pack of soaps. You should bring any special shampoo and body wash that you may require. Laundry detergent is not provided. Condiments, zip locks, coffee are NOT provided. There is a Publix and Target one block down the road for all your grocery needs. Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional fee and you will likely be asked to leave. Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged a fine plus any damages that may occur.
