The Trex deck outside overlooks both the north and south spits of the Alsea River, so you can enjoy the view while you sit and watch the sunset or grill a meal on the charcoal barbecue. This one-story home provides 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms perfect for a family or a small group of friends. Enjoy the rustic woodland beach access only three minutes away on foot, or you can reach easier access by car at the State Park a few blocks away.
