Architect-designed family home, central Crouch End

Our architect-designed family home sleeps 4 (+2 on futon) in 3 lovely bedrooms. We're located in trendy, stylish Crouch End, 2 mins walk from great shops & cafes, and 30mins from central London. The space We built our home ourselves a few years ago and really love it. It is built in around a courtyard so it's very light and airy, especially in the summer when you can open up all the glass doors onto the courtyard. The courtyard is perfect place for sitting out and soaking up the sunshine. Everything in the house is new except our furniture which is a mix of retro and contemporary. On the ground floor, each room has a wall of glass looking out onto the courtyard. There is: - master bedroom with en-suite wet room, with toilet, sink and shower - large open plan living room / dining room / fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave - study. The double futon mattress can fit in the study or in a downstair bedroom Downstairs there are: - 2 bedrooms - each room has a single bed. The bedrooms both open out onto a little courtyard. The double futon mattress could go into the downstairs bedroom with the yellow blind. - family bathroom with bath and shower - utility room with washing machine and dryer There's loads of space (all the bedrooms have built-in cupboards) and storage room. We'll clear all desk and chest of drawers' surfaces before the house is rented out and will make space in the cupboards so you've got all the space you need to feel at home. We have good wifi throughout the house, and a great light study with two desks and loads of books. The house is kid friendly, with games and books for you to enjoy. To note, we don’t have a TV. We watch on a laptop so please don’t be surprised by the lack of a TV when you arrive. We'd love to welcome you to our home and hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Guest access You'll have access to the whole house as we won't be there during your stay. Other things to note This is the home we live in so we will clear some space in all the cupboards for you, but you will also find our things throughout the house. Please enjoy the house but leave our things be!
