Guests can use own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc). 2 bathrooms Living room - Large comfy sectional sofa with a 65" TV and board games Kitchen - Newly renovated, a breakfast nook for 3, fully stocked with dishware, cookware, pots, and pans. It is also stocked with spices and coffee. Dining Area - Large table seats 8 guests Laundry - Located by the kitchen, has a washer and dryer, vacuum, iron, and an iron board. Game area - Has a pool table and leads to the pool area (backyard) Florida room (Sunroom) - Enjoy the light of the Sun in this relaxing space (overlooking the pool), with seating and a bar. The covered porch is converted into a mini-game room with a bar, a foosball, and a ping pong table. Driveway - Can hold up to 6 cars. Please do not park on the grass or the street!! Guests have access to all homes and backyards except for any locked doors marked "DesignedVR Staff only".
