High end comfort. Up to 2 dogs are allowed. Dogs are allowed inside the house in living areas only. Dogs are not permitted upstairs or in any bedrooms. We are pet lovers. Playing golf, surfing the waves on 13th beach, sports or board games, hiking, cycling - or just seeking to relax; this beautifully appointed property will meet all your needs. Just a 5 minute stroll to the Golf Course Resort among native bush and birds. The birdlife is amazing. Bliss@13thbeach provides extensive amenities. Read a book by the pool, have a quiet drink and watch the sunset over the golf course. A 20-25 minute walk through the dunes and you are on the beach. Enjoy the sand under your feet, fish, swim or watch the surfers. So many choices… stay and indulge yourself. Stunning views over the Bellarine Coast and Surf Coast. Magnificent wineries, restaurants and coastal walks. Barwon Heads restaurants are high quality. Because of its quiet residential setting, music must not be played outdoors and evening noise kept to a minimum outside. The property has an external camera monitoring the key safe. No images are stored. The rear deck has a noise monitor. This does not record anything other than noise decibels. Guest access Whole House, Parking in Lock Up Garage. Onsite parking for up to four vehicles. Very Private. 5 minutes to Barwon Heads. Other things to note Hotel quality bed linen and bath towels are supplied, as well as books, games and basic pantry and cleaning supplies. Tandem push bike available. Guests need only bring clothes, toiletries, pool/beach towel, sunscreen and insect repellent. Please note that spa does NOT work, available as a nice small pool to sit in. Noise MUST be kept to a minimum. Noise complaints from guests will result in guests being asked to leave the property. There is an external security monitoring camera covering the front entrance. No images are kept.
