Dandy Villas are pleased to present one of the new 4 properties in Tsagarada, Pelion. The "Green Apple" is located in the most central point of Tsagarada, Pelion, on the mountain of the Centaurs. Next to Agia Paraskevi Square. The house is located in the traditional settlement of Agia Paraskevi, just a 2-minute walk from the settlement's square with the characteristic huge 13-century-old plane tree. The space Upon entering the house you will find the living room where there is a corner sofa-bed, suitable for up to 2 people, the fireplace and the dining room. In the same area you will find a classic piano. Then you will find a room with a single bed that opens at the bottom so that up to 2 people can sleep - for more convenience we would suggest two small children. Finally, on the same floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small WC. Continuing, upstairs there are two beautifully decorated rooms, the main bedrooms of the house, quiet, made with a romantic mood with 1 double bed each. One of the two has a balcony door that leads to its own private balcony with an outdoor table and chairs to gaze at the sea, the square with the old plane tree, the tall trees, the Pelion stone roofs… In the hallway there is now a double closet and a large bathroom with a bathtub. The floors are connected via a wooden staircase. One of the most beautiful rooms of the house is the patio, a living room between the two bedrooms of the upper floor with unparalleled sea views, with windows all around. Imagine in winter enjoying the snowy mountains with a hot drink while in summer the scenery changes and becomes more airy: you hear the birds chirping with joy of freedom and the rustling of leaves. Finally, in the courtyard of the house there is a Jacuzzi (2x2.5m.) - there you can enjoy a cool bath under the wonderful sun or the starry sky - if you choose it at night. In the rest of the courtyard there is built-in garden furniture to lie down, read or enjoy a meal of your choice. We have Wi-Fi in all areas of the house so you can surf the internet whenever you need it. The "Green Apple" can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
