Just 6 minutes from Historic Murphys "Gold Rush era town", and 8 minutes from Arnold, above the fog and just below the snow line. Conveniently located in the middle of everything the area has to offer. Just 35 miles to Bear Valley Ski Resort, 8 miles to White Pines Lake, and 6 miles to Calaveras Big Trees State Park, the list goes on and on. Sitting within 3 acres, the grand main floor entrance opens to vaulted ceilings and loads of natural light from the glass encircled living room, full of vista views and giant pine trees. Included on the main floor is a chefs kitchen delight, complete with vista views, blue labradorite counters, a giant center island with second sink, warming drawer, and everything you need to create a culinary feast. Wine glasses and beer mugs await! The kitchen is so large, everyone can hang out there, sit in the extra stools at the bar, or go out onto the patio – no one will feel left out. Massive cabinets allow you to unpack all your special goodies from the local markets. The dining table seats 10. The second table seats 5 and converts to a poker table, or bumper pool. The TV nearby allows the game, movie, or music to be played while eating or playing. Still on the first floor, your spacious master suite with vaulted ceilings includes a private balcony, fireplace, giant two-person jacuzzi tub, and a private SAUNA to unwind and relax. There are 2 guest rooms with queen beds that share a giant bathroom with shower, jacuzzi tub, and double sinks. There’s also an extra half bath and large closet for all your extra gear. The patio that wraps around the entire upper floor features majestic Alta Vista views, a fire table, gas bbq, and picnic table. Lounge and enjoy gorgeous sunsets and distant nighttime city lights, or BBQ and have a meal on the deck. Lounge at the fire table with a good bottle of wine with family, friends or co-workers. The entry has a flight of stairs down to the lower level that includes a separate game room with pool table, foosball, casino style slot machine, and game table. Surrounded by a deck with views and loaded with games, music and more, no one will want to leave the fun. Downstairs you will also find a full bath, and full bed with twin bunk above and trundle below. Sofa converts to a full bed for snuggling and watching movies from Dish TV, or as an extra place to sleep. The added electric fireplace adds a spot of heat or just the right mood as you settle down for the night. Access Information: You will receive check-in instructions, including your access code for entry, 2-4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email, as sometimes these instructions end up there. Pet Policy: This cabin is not pet friendly - If a pet is brought to a non-pet friendly cabin, there will be a $1,000 fee charged to card on file. Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only). Tenant must be at least 25 years old to rent. Communication: Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc. Payment (where applicable): A 2% surcharge (of the total transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days. If you wish to pay by check, please email our office immediately to advise us NOT to charge your card on file for the final payment. Guest access You will receive an email 2-4 days prior to your arrival date with lockbox code & other important check-in information. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder for this email. Cell service may be spotty, so be sure to make note of your lockbox code (screenshots work well for this).
