Welcome to villa Lia! Villa Lia is a part of Aliganou village. Aliganou village consists of 3 villas. All the villas have a private pool and entrance. What makes these villas unique is the amazing views of the Cretan sea, the town of Chania and the mountains. Here you will enjoy the best sunsets you can find in the Chania area. The renovation of villa Lia finished in June 2022. Villa Lia consists of a maisonette with three bedrooms and an apartment with one bedroom and two sofa beds. The space Step into Villa Lia, where your comfort is our priority. Right at the entrance, you'll find a secure open garage that fits one car. Next to it is a cozy pergola with seating for eight, perfect for enjoying the garden. At the back of the villa, there's a private pool waiting for you. It's a great spot to watch the sky change colors at sunset. The pool utilizes salt water electrolysis, known for being gentler on the eyes and skin compared to traditional chlorine. We've got everything you need outside: six sunbeds, tables, an umbrella for shade, a dining area that seats four, an outdoor shower, and a BBQ grill. Ground Floor: The journey begins on the ground floor, where guests are greeted by a charming apartment. This space features a cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed, providing direct access to the inviting pool area—a perfect spot for morning swims or evening relaxation under the stars. The open-plan living area is a hub of comfort and convenience, boasting a fully equipped kitchen for culinary adventures, a dining table, and sofa beds capable of sleeping three additional guests. Completing this floor is a full bathroom, ensuring privacy and ease for all occupants. Maisonette (First and second floor): As you ascend to the upper floors, the villa unfolds into a spacious maisonette. The first floor introduces a welcoming dining area, another fully equipped kitchen, and a living space that extends onto a balcony—ideal for enjoying the gentle breezes and picturesque views. The final floor is a sanctuary of sleep and solitude, comprising: A bedroom with a queen-size bed and a balcony, offering a secluded outdoor retreat. A bedroom with two single beds, sharing a balcony with the adjacent queen bedroom, perfect for family or friends desiring closeness with a touch of privacy. An additional bedroom with a queen-size bed and its own private balcony, providing an intimate nook for relaxation or reflection. Guest access You will have full access to all the areas of the villa. The swimming pool is private, only for your use. Other things to note We understand that a clean and comfortable environment is essential to a great stay. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we meticulously clean the house and provide fresh towels for both the bathroom and pool prior to your check-in. If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, we offer a cleaning service for a fee of 100 euros per session.
