Our thoughtfully designed desert retreat is centrally located between Downtown Joshua Tree and the Joshua Tree National Park. The house is in the perfect location to enjoy all that the town has to offer and still be able to enjoy the relaxing desert scenery in our outdoor space. We invite you to lounge around in our hammocks or sit around a fire and enjoy the beautiful night sky. The space There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with comfortable sleeping arrangements for 5 people; 2 queen beds and a large couch. Make the most of your relaxing desert getaway with our outdoor amenities including hammocks, swinging chairs, a stargazing platform and a fire pit. Hiking trails are minutes away and its a quick walk to all the unique restaurants and shops that downtown Joshua Tree has to offer. Guest access You will be sent a number code for the front door upon booking. Your code will be active ONLY during the time of your stay. An email will be sent as soon as the booking is confirmed with instructions and your personal code. Any questions or problems, feel free to contact me. Guests have access to the entire house and amenities. Driveway parking is available for multiple vehicles. Other things to note • Professionally managed by Hi-Desert Dwellings • CLEANING FEE As the top Professional Management Company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards and have been able to keep our rates low while still paying a living wage. 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. • AC and HEATING The cooling/heating system for the house is an HVAC unit. You’ll have no problem keeping cool or warm throughout the entire house. • FIRE Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no outside fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outdoor wooden fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. • POOL The pool is a cowboy tub that can be filled up with water for your use. It is not operable during the winter months and is only available April 1 - October 1, it is cold-water-only. These are meant for soaking in and are a "desert pool". • HOT TUB and POOL - legal Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool and spa. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests. • HOUSE AND PROPERTY Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees and Owner, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the house and property.
