No.2 of 5 apts in stunning new build on Ilfracombe seafront/SW Coastal path. Close to harbour, the Tunnels & town centre. Basement parking for 1 car (additional public parking opposite). EV charging. Dog friendly. Secure storage for bikes, kayaks etc. Apt2 has living/kitchen/diner, 2 bedrooms both ensuite, underfloor central heating throughout, washer/dryer, Smart TV. 4 guests max. The space The View apartments Ilfracombe is a stunning new build, but having designed and developed it myself, I am possibly biased :) That said, there is nothing like wandering into the kitchen/livingroom for the first coffee of the day and immediately connecting with the sea through the oversized windows. The View was built with staycations in mind. Every bedroom has a bathroom/ensuite and built in storage. The apartments are minimalist by design (as pictured) but have everything you need on a practical level (and if you need anything else, just ask). Access to each apartment is via lift from basement parking area. We have superfast broadband (up to 76mbps). Guest access Access is via lift or stairs from the basement parking area. You will be sent full details and a personal access code shortly prior to arrival. Other things to note There is one parking space per apartment. Our basement parking is tight but doable for vehicles up to the size of an average Range Rover (not generally suitable for anything much over 4.8m long and definitely not any LWB vehicles). Parking for additional or oversized vehicles is usually available in the public carpark opposite (charges apply). Please carefully check for head space when entering the garage (1.95m max I'd say). I doubt anything with a top-box would fit (but you can remove topbox and store it in the bike store during your visit). There are EV charge points by each parking bay.
