We are back up and running after the fires!!! It was a day we will never forget Located in the heart of Adelaide hills wine country, this bespoke equine property offers you an elite once in a lifetime opportunity. Offering 3 seperate bedrooms there is plenty of room for 2 couples and 3 kids with a separate living space. Including open fire, A/C and foxtel. There is a coffee machine, Microwave, fridge, crockery and bar for basic meals in the living room. Outdoor area with BBQ and outdoor setting. The space Hallmark farm offers 3 private rooms, private bathroom with heated floors, private living room with electric reclining leather couches, private driveway and private entrance just for you. We are a pet friendly property…on site we have our own 2 Jack russles our head groom has a young kelpie and our Neighbour an old one! All the dogs are friendly and love attention.. some rules for your pets if they are coming to Hallmark. 1- please clean up after your pet (that is any accident inside the house and outside. 2- Pets are NOT permitted on the furniture nor are they alowed to sleep on beds. They are welcome to sleep in the house but on your own dog bed or one of our provided dog beds. 3. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Your welcome to bring your pets to Hallmark Farm but they are not to be left inside or outside the house without you here. We have a safe and secure back yard which they can be locked in but are to be on leads at all times when not in this area. (The main reason for this is we have many horses, kids and clients on the property and for your dogs safety and our horses they need to be restrained at all times). 4. Food and water bowls provided. 5. kennel provided (for those dogs who do sleep outside). There is an outdoor entertaining area for BBQ’s and meals outside (weather permitting as this is not undercover), various seats around the property to sit and observe some of the equine riding and coaching or just sit and soak up the environment around you. Close to the Main Street I Woodside (1km away) there are resteraunts, cafes, bakeries, pubs, cheese factory, chocolate factory and whisky factory. There is a bmx and mountain bike park not far from the property for those of you with kids and bikes. Bird in hand, Petaluma, tomich, baristers block, Shaw and Smith, Nepenthe and hahndorf Hill wineries are all within 6kms of the property. Guest access Guests will have access to private rooms and bathroom, living area with FOXTEL, fireplace and couch area and an outdoor entertaining area. you will have a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, cheese board, cutlery and crockery for meals in. Access to horse riding, property tours, personal meeting with Megan Jones who is a silver medal Olympian from the 2008 Beijing Games, hold her medal and meet her current team of horses.. During your stay Hallmark Farm is a working equine Stud run by 'us' (James and Megan). We are always busy on the farm (as are our two Jack Russell Puppies directing traffic and doing their regular perimeter search for bunnies. Most people are very interested in what it Takes to get our horses to elite level and we are more than happy to show you around our home and answer any questions you may have.
