You will hear footsteps upstairs but we are very respectful when we have guests. **NO PARTIES or Other Guests allowed The space There is a beautiful view of the valley and sunrise from the patio and living room. At night you can see glimpses of the lights from downtown Victoria. There is also a propane fire table and an outdoor couch for the use of suite guests. Kitchen** Coffee Bar - Includes Drip Coffee maker, Keurig Coffee Machine, small manual espresso maker, tea kettle and pot. Keurig coffee pods, black and flavoured tea, hot chocolate, white sugar, splenda, stivia, French Vanilla creamer, coffee filters Full sized fridge, oven and dishwasher. Dish soap, laundry soap, paper towels, dish clothes and tea towels. Dishes - Large and small plates, bowls, coffee mugs, wine glasses, drinking glasses, serving dishes, plastic dishware for children. Pots, pans and large/small bowls and utensils. Bathroom** Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste and brushes, spare women's products, hair dryer, bath towels, hand towels and face clothes. Bedroom** 2 luxury robes for hot tub. Disposable bathroom slippers, spare linens in closet and blankets and sheets on master bed. Laundry** Full sized washer and dryer. Laundry soap is included. Outdoor** Fire pit, lounge chair, table and 2 chairs, hot tub with bluetooth speakers, fountain and lights. View of mountains and valley. Electric bikes** We have 2 electric bikes that can be rented. $120 per day for both. Sizes are for 1 man and 1 woman. Also have 2 child seats that can be put on the back. Guest access Guests have access to a covered car port and extra parking on the street. Completely private entrance off the car port to suite. Walkway is covered and has automatic sensor lights. Door is setup with an automatic keypad lock. You can access anytime of the day or night. Other things to note The guest suite is in the ground level of our family home. You will hear faint footsteps upstairs or muffled voices. But we are very respectful when we have guests and ask the same of you. The property shown is exclusively for our guests use. We have astro-turf not real grass surrounding the entire suite. Smoking must be kept on the patio and all cigarette butts in the ashtray provided. You will be charged if there are any burn marks in the turf. No barbecues, outside cooking utensils or hot plates in suite or in the yard. This is not a party house.
