This is a truly stunning apartment! Situated in the heart of Southbank where you are a moment's walk from the action. Start with the ultra-comfortable couch, matching dining setting and huge TV, and a fully appointed gourmet lovers kitchen - equipped with everything you could possibly need. Free wifi internet too. The master bedroom is in its corner with beautiful views and is completely separate. It has a great wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with floor-to-ceiling windows. The other two bedrooms are very large, with floor-to-ceiling windows and excellent views of their own. They share a lovely bathroom. Each bedroom has hotel-style beds which can be split into two singles, so you have a choice of a king bed or two single beds in each bedroom, subject to the timing of request. Additional guests are accommodated on fold-up beds. Within the building, there is a stunning indoor heated swimming pool, gym, and barbecue facilities that guests may use. Undercover parking for one vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee. Four (4) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group. From time to time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs, etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features may be experienced. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday, or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer, and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5-night minimum applies. Any one or two-night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single-night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. This is not currently included in the displayed quote. The 30% loading needs to be added to the displayed quoted rate. NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere inside the apartment or on the balcony. The ID of the guest who has made the booking is required to be presented at check-in unless prior arrangements have been made. Owing to COVID-19 restrictions, all guests must wear a mask at check-in and when leaving the apartment inside the building (common areas, elevators, etc...). If you have an exemption from wearing a mask in these areas, then this property is not suitable for your stay and we will not be able to host you. Common facilities are now open to use.
