The location is enviable: located in front of the sea, a few steps from the Spiaggia dei Gradoni, and a 5-minute walk from the Lungomare degli Eroi and the historic center. All points of interest, such as the Aragonese Castle and the Cathedral can be easily reached on foot. The Otranto station is only 600 meters away. The space The 105 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building with elevator and is composed as follows: - Eat-in kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave - 20 sqm living room equipped with dining table, sofas, split AC and TV - Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe and split AC - Bedroom II with double sofa bed, wardrobe, desk, little balcony and ceiling fan - First toilet with wc, bidet and shower box - Second toilet with access from the kitchen, equipped with wc and shower box - Sea view balcony with access from the living room. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating with heat pumps, safe, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). N.B .: The fireplace in the living room is NOT usable.
