Welcome to Casa Delaware! Our Casa Rehoboth has new floors, kitchen, and paint ... all completed Feb '21. Park your car and forget about it: the beach and boardwalk are just 1 block away. Fire up the Weber grill and enjoy a classic beach BBQ or walk to literally everything ... the best shops and restaurants are less than a 5-minute stroll. Please note: from May 15 - Sep 15 we primarily rent weekly from Friday to Friday, but please contact us to see if we can accommodate a shorter stay Enjoy all the comforts of Casa Rehoboth ... a block from the beach and boardwalk! Our house is fully equipped with everything you will need to make a truly memorable vacation at Rehoboth Beach. While all the fabulous restaurants in downtown Rehoboth will surely be calling your name, our kitchen is fully stocked with absolutely everything you might need to make a fantastic meal. And if you want to grill, there is a new Weber gas grill in the backyard. The house includes 3 TVs with cable and Internet as well as a full-sized washer and dryer. We also have two outdoor showers for you to rinse off after a day at the beach. Bedroom / Sleeping Configuration: Bedroom 1: King Master (second floor) Bedroom 2: Queen quasi Master with adjacent bathroom (first floor) Bedroom 3: Double + Single (second floor) Bedroom 4: Double + Single (second floor) Bedroom 5: Trundle (2 twin beds - first floor) There is also a Queen-sized pull-out couch in the Living Room. Full run of the house. Also available for you use is a new Weber gas grill (we do not provide propane but there is a tank provided which guests may use or feel free to bring your own tank), that you can use to BBQ. Parking space included (2 spots). During the summer season we can provide parking passes for street parking and outside of summer there is plenty of free parking on the street. We live in town and should the need arise are available 100% of the time over email, text and phone. The House is located in a Fantastic neighborhood! Perfect for weeklong trips to the beach in summer or long weekend getaways in the off season. Rehoboth has an abundance of amazing restaurants, shops (including the best Outlet shopping in Delaware!), and things to do including wildlife preserves, museums, festivals and so much more! In fact, the Fall and Spring are our favorite times in Rehoboth as the city has an amazing amount of fun festivals and events during these months. In-season we have additional street parking permits available (with additional $100 security deposit per permit).
