Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet. The space Nestled in between farms Lakehouse Estate is only a few hundreds meters from Phillip Island main road and a km to both surf beaches and quiet back beaches. Parties and events are not allowed with prior approval. Guest access Whether it be a walk around the lake, curling up on the huge reading chair, hitting the gym or shooting hoops we have no doubt you'll be able to find your own enjoyable space. Other things to note Please note the listed price is for 4 pax and each person over adds $80 per person per night. Minimum stay is 4 nights during the Christmas and January holiday period.
