It is a single-level 150 sq. m home which can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms and up to 8 people if necessary. Internally, a palette of earthy tones combined with wood and natural materials, with hints of the beach, gives the interior a relaxing environment. Indoor Layout Bedrooms 1 & 2: Located on either side of the corridor; each has a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), 43” Smart TV, ceiling fan, mini fridge, open closet, and en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet, and rain shower. Right-side bedroom has patio doors with direct access to the pool terrace. Open Plan Living Area: Features a long wooden dining table (seats 8), seating area with sofa, fireplace, ceiling fan, and 55” Smart TV. Floor-to-ceiling windows lead to the seafront terrace with pool, outdoor dining, and lounge area overlooking the sea. Kitchen: Modern appliances, wine fridge mini bar (Crete wines, payable locally), and washer/dryer. Perfectly equipped for holiday meals. Bedroom 3: Located next to the kitchen; queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), 43” Smart TV, ceiling fan, mini fridge, open closet, and en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet, and rain shower.
