It is a single level 150 sq. m home which can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms and up to 8 people if necessary. Internally, a palette of earthy tones combined with wood and natural materials with hints of the beach, gives the interior a relaxing environment. Indoor Layout Entering the house, there are 2 bedrooms, one on the right side and the other on the left side of the corridor, both feature a King-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), 43” Smart TV, ceiling fan, mini fridge, open closet and en-suite bathroom with a sink, toilet and rainshower. The bedroom on the right side has patio doors providing direct access to the pool terrace. Reaching to the open plan area, the living area has a long wooden dining table that seats 8 and a seating area with a sofa, fireplace, and ceiling fan. It offers a great spot to relax with a 55” Smart TV. The living area seamlessly flows to a seafront terrace through the floor-to-ceiling windows, where a pool, outdoor dining and lounge area take advantage of the expansive sea views. The kitchen is located next to the living area featuring modern, high-quality appliances ensuring you have all you need to make delicious holiday meals. The kitchen also benefits from a wine fridge mini bar, stocked with some of the fine wines of Crete (payable locally). There is also a washer/dryer found in the kitchen. The third bedroom is found next to the kitchen and it features a Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), 43” Smart TV, ceiling fan, mini fridge, open closet and en-suite bathroom with a sink, toilet and rainshower. Outdoor area The exterior of Casa Negro covers 200 sq. m, a decked terrace boasts a comfortable outdoor living area as well as poolside sun loungers. Designed for sheer indulgence, comfort, and unlimited views the outdoor facilities include: - A private, 17 sq.m. heated swimming pool, 1.5 m deep. The pool can be heated upon advance request, for an additional daily charge, for the entire stay, and requires at least one week’s notice. - The pool area is equipped with sun beds, a gazebo, poofs, a hammock, and a poolside shower - Gas BBQ area with a sink and mini-fridge - Οutdoor dining area under a pergola - Οutdoor lounge area - One SUP board - Parking space for 1 car -Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
