LOTS to do in the area!!! Price reduced for winter due to -1 bedroom. The space Entire home. Open space with lake decor is calm and inviting. Simple, yet elegant. Private backyard outdoor living area with fire pit, pergola, bricked in grill and outdoor dining, screened in living area including a full sized bed, she shed with sauna. Sleeping spaces include 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 full size bed in screened porch (incredible for outdoorsy people, especially in the rain as it has a tin roof), queen inflatable mattress in private room, and 1 rollaway twin size cot, as well as a comfy couch that 2 can easily sleep on. Guest access Owner lives in home but will not be staying there when guests are present. Guests have access to all areas of the home. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: YOU NEED TO BE 25 or older to make a reservation. As much as I appreciate their service to our country, I do not accept reservations from recruits looking to get away for the night or weekend. ONLY those listed on the reservation can be on the premises UNLESS you clear it with me first. Unfortunately, I have had issues with this so please know, that the fine for not following this request is an additional $500. I know this seems extreme but it is a portion of what it would cost to rent someone’s home to throw a party. This is my personal home that I rent out for families to make amazing memories at, NOT a party house to invite those who are not on the reservation to attend.
