The home is set over two stories and would be ideal for 1 or 2 families with two bedrooms (1 x queen & 2 x king single beds), bathroom, laundry on the ground floor, along with a double garage offering internal access. Upstairs a further two bedrooms (1 x king & 2 x king single beds), bathroom and light filled open plan living room, dining and modern kitchen. With a choice of two verandahs, the rear overlooking the back garden and front capturing the commanding ocean views.
