The house is independent, ground floor with capacity for 6 (six) guests, area of 430 m2, walled, has 2 (two) bedrooms with 2 (two) full and queen box beds, (2) two single beds and two single mattresses. Full kitchen with appliances and utensils, 1 (one) Bathroom. Close to markets, bakery and pharmacy (60 meters). WE PROVIDE: 43" Smart TV, Note: *SKY, 500 MB Wifi, Garage for 6 cars. WE DO NOT PROVIDE: bed linens, bath linens, pillows and blankets. The space The house is located in the neighborhood and beach of Tucuns, one of the three beaches with the international Blue Flag seal of environmental certification in Armação dos Búzios RJ. With a strategic location for access to the city's main tourist attractions and beaches, with plenty of green space and two balconies in the house, one in front and one behind the property. The house is 400 meters from the beautiful Tucuns beach and 1.5 km from Geribá beach, 2 km from Porto da Barra, and 4 km from Rua das Pedras (Downtown). *PRIVATE GARAGE for up to 6 (six) cars, which is RARE in BÚZIOS RJ, for your safety! *We have an ARTESIAN WELL, a CISTERN for a 15,000-liter water reservoir, so there is NO shortage of water in the house, which can occur in other places in the city due to the high season and deficiency of the Prolagos concessionaire. *We accept pets (small dogs) that must be included at the time of booking, for an additional fee of R$ 130.00 reais per pet, with a maximum of two pets. *Large orchard with space for children to play and freedom for pets (small dog). The residence is functional with ACCESSIBILITY for the elderly and disabled, safe and cozy for your comfort and rest! #Check-in and check-out times must be observed and respected by guests! #It should be noted that whatever is damaged in the house will be charged to the guest responsible for the reservation! Guest access Because the entire space is for rent, all areas of the house can be used by guests. Other things to note The use of SKY super HD 104 channels must be requested by the guest at the time of booking with the Host and additional fees will be charged in the following amounts: 3 (three) Nights - R$ 19.90 reais. 7 (seven) nights - R$ 29.90 reais. 15 (fifteen) Nights - R$ 45.90 reais. 30 (thirty) Nights - R$ 89.90 reais. To add guests beyond 6 people, we charge an additional fee of R$ 150 per night, and only 2 (two) guests can be added beyond the maximum allowed. There is an additional fee for pets (small dog) in the amount of R$ 130.00 reais per dog limited to 2 (two) pets per stay regardless of the number of nights booked. Guests are advised not to turn the water pumps on or off, so they are locked in their respective pump houses, thus preventing accidents, electrical or hydraulic damage!
