Cervantes Hide Away - Entire House

You will be pleasantly surprised when you enter Cervantes Hide Away. It is a bright, fresh, clean, renovated two storey house, centrally located within a short walk to the beach, shops, or wherever else you may want to go. This is the perfect house for a short or long term stay. Enjoy drinks & a BBQ on the new back patio that overlooks a huge, grassed back yard. There is also a grassed front yard, plenty of parking for vehicles and boats and the property is fully fenced with a front gate. The space For 3 months of the year this is our home. We hope you feel like it's your home too during your stay. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms - 1 with a queen bed and one with 1 x single bed & 1 x king single bed. Also downstairs there are 2 bathrooms/toilets, a huge kitchen/meals area, a lounge & a laundry. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a queen bed, plus a fully enclosed & carpeted sleepout with 2 x single beds. The house has 3 rev cycle split system aircons & there's a wood heater (BYO wood). If you have children please be aware of the downstairs fireplace & the flu that goes through the upsairs bedroom - it gets very hot. Guest access You have the entire house and yard. There are sheds/caravan onsite that you will not have access to. Other things to note Cervantes Hide Away is priced for everyone! Although it is a big house, pricing is set for 2 people and an additional cost is applied for extra guests. You must bring your own sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and beach towels. There are plenty of doonas, rugs, pillows, bathmats, tea towels at the house. There is enough tea, coffee, sugar, long life milk, toilet paper, bin liners, washing machine detergent capsules, paper towel, tissues, glad wrap, alfoil to get you started. Please note, while I endeavor to have all of these items there for you, it is subject to items not being taken by previous tenants. I do not live in Cervantes so cannot check every time.
