Welcome to our incredible 3 bedroom paradise cottage on Lake Erie. At this cottage you will make wonderful memories to last a lifetime. The cottage in on a 1/2 acre of land, plenty of space to spend your time outside by the lake, listen to waves or take a swim at the private beach. You can even enjoy the beautiful sunset that gets better throughout the Summer and Fall. The kitchen is fully stocked with necessary appliances and you have plenty of space inside to live, cook and play. The space Although you might not spend a lot of time inside, the property offers all the amenities to make your vacation comfortable including: - Lakefront views from inside the cottage - Large dining table with bench seating - Fully functioning kitchen - Gas BBQ - 2 smart TV’s - Washer/ dryer - Outside shower to rinse off the sand from the beach - Stairmaster - Hammock - Wifi access - Self-check in This cottage is only approximately 2 hours drive from the GTA (Toronto), London and 1 hour away from Niagara Falls, Burlington and Hamilton. You can take a hike through the amazing trails at Rock Point Provincial Park and Byng Island Conservation area which are both only a 10-15 minute drive from the property. You can even enjoy an golf game minutes away from this property. You can even rent canoes and paddle boats from the nearby marina to take a ride on the Grand River, which is the longest river in Southern Ontario. What is included in each room: - 1 living room with fireplace + smart TV - 1st bedroom – 1 King bed - 2nd bedroom – 1 King bed and 1 single bed - 3rd bedroom - 1 couch that converts into a queen bed + smart TV. Bedroom entrance is attached to the second room or you can use the door to the outside. - 1 full washroom Guest access You'll have access to the entire home including the front and back patio. There are 7 Muskoka cottage chairs which can be used to sit and enjoy the Lakefront View which includes the serene evening sunset. You can dine under the stars on a spacious dining table surrounded by gorgeous overhead twinkle lights. The front porch with café style tables is an excellent place to have an early morning coffee or catch up on some emails while enjoying the fresh air. Other things to note In an effort to maintain a secure premises, this cottage is equipped with 360 degree exterior cameras. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.
