It is only a short drive from Caloundra and its shops, restaurants and beaches and the property's central location can be used as a base to explore the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland. Guest access Guests have complete access and sole use of the 5-bedroom home, inclusive of the outdoor areas and pool. You will have access to two secure garage parking spaces. Other things to note Air conditioning is in the living room, while ceiling fans are present within the bedrooms. All linen is professionally laundered and supplied, however please bring your own towels for the pool and beach during your stay. Should you require beach towels, a Sunshine Coast Hamper, Sunshine Coast Blooms, or other stay enhancements, they can be acquired through our guest portal. Please note that this is a home in a quiet residential neighbourhood. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm and ask that you respect our neighbours and generally keep noise to a minimum. Unfortunately we do not accept bookings for school leavers.
